Isaiah's College Football Predictions (Week 10)
Welcome back to my series that I will continue doing for the rest of the college football season! I will predict the 3 biggest games in college football each week! There are only 2 ranked matchups this week so lets get ready for some good matchups.
Miami vs. Florida State
I like Miami, Roman and our dad like (or liked) Florida State. Both teams are 4-4. Miami is facing an identity crisis because it seems like they reach into a hat and pick their quarterback every week. Other than that, Miami has some very good skill position players on offense. Tight End Brevin Jordan has been very productive this year, he is QB Jarren Williams' favorite target. The receiving corps is lead by Jeff Thomas who is very explosive, when Miami gets him the ball. They also have DeeJay Dallas who is one of the most underrated running backs in the country. Miami also has very good, very experienced linebackers, arguably the best in the country. Florida State's offense is spearheaded by RB Cam Akers he tries his best to make his team win but they simply aren't talented enough. Miami by 10.
SMU vs. Memphis
SMU is lead by ex-Texas Quarterback Shane Buechele who is playing out of his mind this season. He doesn't have the best stats but his impact on this team is amazing. He has changed this team in one year from 5-7 to undefeated at press time. Memphis is always known for their running attack producing many NFL running backs to the likes of Tony Pollard or Darell Henderson. I don't think that Memphis' Defense will be up for the test and will lose this game by 3.
Georgia vs. Florida
Game of the week. SEC East Championship game. Rivalry Game. Two top 10 teams. Okay I sound like a commercial at this point but you guys get the point, very big game. Georgia's Quarterback Jake Fromm has greatly underperformed this season. Florida's Quarterback Kyle Trask has played great this season, even I doubted him earlier in the year (sorry Kyle). I don’t think that Florida will be able to stop Deandre Swift who will be the best player on the field. This game won’t be low scoring but Georgia will win 28-21.
Last Week: 2-1
And that concludes my predictions in College Football this week! Make sure to tune in next week for my predictions!
